Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-4 weeks, depending on the product and level of customization.

Jewelry is ready to ship within 1-3 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only.

All orders are shipped via USPS, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Wa.Tsa Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you on a resolution.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

Local pickup may be available upon request. Please contact us for arrangements.
